Eko Magazine is a magazine raising the voices of migrants, volunteers and activists. I created an illustration for their 5th issue responding to the poem ‘Dear Syria’ written by Nada Abdi. The illustration has been drawn in layers to add depth as well as show the journey Nada talked about.
